Terms of Service – All Things Nice Bridal

By placing an order with All Things Nice Bridal, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Deposit & Payment Terms

• A 50% deposit is required on all orders at the time of confirmation. Orders will not be processed or submitted to the designer until this deposit has been received.

• The remaining 50% balance is due prior to shipping, and strictly within 30 days from the date of the invoice.

2. Late or Non-Payment

• If the balance payment is not received within 30 days of invoicing, All Things Nice Bridal reserves the right to:

  • Withhold the gown(s) from delivery

  • Retain the 50% deposit as a non-refundable forfeiture

  • Reallocate or resell the gown(s) without further notice

3. Cancellations

• All orders are considered final once the deposit has been received. Cancellations or changes after this point are not permitted, and the deposit will be retained.

4. Ownership & Risk

• All goods remain the property of All Things Nice Bridal until full payment is received.

• Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon dispatch.

5. Agreement

• By proceeding with an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms in full.
